Microsoft Lync – How to Show / Hide menu bar?

Microsoft Lync allows show/hide its menu bar. When it hides we will get some space to display more contacts in the Lync window.

Through this article, we are going to discuss the steps to show or hide the menu bar.

This article applies to:

• Microsoft Lync 2010
• Microsoft Lync 2013

Step 1. Click on the Settings icon. Lync will display a pull-down menu.

Step 2. From the pull-down menu, select Show Menu Bar menu item to display the menu bar.

• If you don’t want to display the menu bar, un-select the Show Menu Bar menu item from the pull-down menu.
