Lync 2010 lets you share your desktop with the people you work with. To share your desktop through Lync 2010, first, you need to add the people to Lync 2010 list and then follow the steps to share your desktop.
Step 1. Select the people you want to share your desktop from Lync 2010 list and press Enter key. Then it will open the Group Conversation window.
Step 2. In the Group Conversation window, click on the Share button, which is located at the top.
Step 3. Once you clicked on the Share button, Lync will display a menu and you can find Desktop is one of the menu items.
