Microsoft Lync 2010 is a communication software provides lot of useful features to end users. It lets you talk, share your desktop etc.,. The following steps explains one of Lync’s feature; share the desktop.
Lync 2010 lets you share your desktop with the people you work with. To share your desktop through Lync 2010, first you need to add the people into Lync 2010 list and then follow the steps to share your desktop.
Step (1): Select the people you want to share your desktop from Lync 2010 list and press Enter key. Then it will open the Group Conversation window.
Step (2): In Group Conversation window, click on Share button, which is located in top.
Step (3): Once you clicked on Share button, Lync will display a menu and you can find Desktop is one of the menu item.
Step (4): Click on Desktop menuitem, Lync will prompt to share your desktop, once you click on OK, your desktop will share to the people who you selected from the list.
