How to snip a menu using Snipping Tool?

Microsoft Snipping Tool is very useful tool to snip the portion of the screen and it allows to draw on or around the snip in the mark-up window. It also allows to share the snip. By default this tool comes with Windows 7 Operating System.

Following steps explains how to snip a menu using Snipping Tool.

Step (1). Open Snipping Tool Window.

Step (2). Click on the arrow next to New button. It will pop-up a menu. Select Rectangular Snip.

Step (3). Now press Esc key.

Step (4). Select the Menu you want to snip.

Step (5). Press Ctrl + Prt Sc keys. Some keyboards it will be Ctrl + fn key + Prt Sc key combinations to take the screen snapshot.

Step (6). Once you take the snapshot of the screen, Snip Tool Window allows you to snip the portion of the captured screen.
